Broken

I feel broken. Trying to go for the kill everytime has killed me. To get unbroken I have to stop killing it.

Listen to the right voice. The kind voice that gives you something for nothing. The other voice drives you down a road that you can't travel without a lot of pain. And in the end the pain will not go away, it will stay.

Who you are is not defined by how you train. It is what you do to improve your actions in regard to your ethics. So, to improve yourself, evaluate your ethics and act accordingly.

Money will not yield happiness, but lack of money will yield unhappiness.

Health will only turn into fitness when the organsim, as a whole, is prepared and ready for it. Thus training should always be towards health first and fitness second. If training yields unhealth it should be changed until the organism responds with health.

Physical activity is essential, but you don't have to be in the gym everyday to get fit.

Why is it so easy to say it and so hard to do it?

Eat and sleep well. Move and have fun. Rest and be calm.
