To get to the finish you need a goal.
To set a goal you have to have knowledge, be realistic and know your limits.
To know your limits you need to explore yourself.
To focus on the goal and not on everything else is what creates movement.
To set smaller goals and achieve these as a way to reach a greater goal is what creates momentum.
For any kind of change to occur you have to set a goal and reach it.
Most people will fail before they even begin. To accept failure as a learning experience is a way of saying Ive learned something about myself that will help me set more realistic goals, get more adequate knowledge, and create a new focus.
